The Discover EAST ASIA Program at Hawaii Tokai International College is open to all full-time HTIC students interested in Asian language and culture who have been enrolled in the college for at least two terms.

Program participants have a unique opportunity to live in Asian countries while studying intensive language courses at local universities.
